TAAG Angola Airlines signs for B737NG support with Aerotechnic Industries

The Angolan national airline commissioned Aerotechnic Industries (ATI), AFI KLM E&M and Royal Air Marocs’ 50/50 joint venture, to perform a C Check on one of its Boeing 737 Next Generation. The maintenance Check took place at the ATI site, Mohammed V airport, Casablanca. ATI made a slot available with a very short notice and performed the required maintenance check in the agreed time frame, with the highest standard of quality and with the full satisfaction of TAAG.

ATI: meeting African customers’ needs
A recent successful 777 repair performed by AFI KLM E&M incited TAAG Angola Airlines to collaborate with Aerotechnic Industries.
For Robert BRYANT, Deputy COO Maintenance and Engineering of TAAG Angola Airlines: “ATI demonstrated remarkable flexibility when dealing with our aircraft. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and the onsite logistics used to meet our need as quickly as possible; not to mention the reasonable price.”
Fabrice Defrance, AFI KLM E&M Senior Vice President Commercial added: “ATI’s strengths lie in its prices and exceptional location, making it a preferred partner for medium-haul fleets operating in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. We are very pleased that TAAG Angola Airlines had chosen Aerotechnic Industries (ATI) for this C Check which has opened the door to a new partnership.”
